Advanced Navigation - October 9 and 15 2011
There is no classroom involved but in a true Padi tradition there is a manual to be read and knowledge reviews to be filled in.
Contact Dahlia to order the manual as soon as possible.
After this is accomplished we meet in a park and do some dry navigations runs for which you will need a baseball cap, compass and a slate with pencil to write on. Figure about a half day, on Oct. 9th.
The last phase of the class calls for three ocean dives. Since that will involve finding a weight belt on the bottom, we can incorporate use of a lift bag for divers who are not familiar with it’s function. Just look upon it as an additional task under your belt.
We are planning to do our dives on the beautiful and just refurbished Hattitude ( used to be know as the Psalty V) on Oct. 15th.
The cost of materials is about 85.00 including a specialty certification. Check with Dahlia for current pricing.
